First, we found a quality wood factory. Then we found steel for our steel wishbone leg assembly. Next, we found durable, reliable 7 ply ACX Birch plywood (one of the highest graded plywoods around). Then, We glued the plys with waterproof glue, facilitating outdoor use. We added a polyurethane finish to the top and the bottom for added protection. We apply rubber bull nose edge wraps around the table for protection and viola! You get a beautifully crafted wood folding banquet table that is heavy and built to last.
