Refund Policy

Folding-chairs-tables.net has a limited warranty for 1 year against any defects in materials or workmanship. We will repair any product proven to be defective in materials or workmanship. If we are not able to, or choose not to, repair the product, we will replace it with a comparable product that is new or refurbished. The limited warranty does not cover improper usage of the equipment, nor external causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, etc.

Equipment may not be returned for any reason other than a defect. If, however, a chair is returned for a non-defect reason, you will be responsible for the freight to and from your location, as well as a 25% restocking fee.

In the event of a defect, you must contact us prior to returning the equipment and provide evidence of the defect. We will issue a Return Material Authorization Number for you to include with your return. You must return the products to us in their original or equivalent packaging. We will arrange with a freight carrier to pick up the defective equipment. If the equipment is returned through a carrier not designated by us, you will be wholly responsible for the freight charge of the returned equipment.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION). FOLDING-CHAIR-TABLE.NET.S RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTS IN EQUIPMENT IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN TIME TO THE TERM OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD NOTED ABOVE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD HAS EXPIRED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES PROVIDED FOR IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST YOU FOR DAMAGES, FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE. OUR LIABILITY WILL BE NO MORE THAN THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF A CLAIM. THIS IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT FOR WHICH WE ARE RESPONSIBLE.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.


WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

OUR PRODUCTS COVERED BY A ONE YEAR WARRANTY HAVE THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY

P.R.E. Sales Inc. offers the original user a warranty against all manufacturing defects in the material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Paint on wood chairs is only under warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase. If defective, P.R.E. Sales Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect. Authorization for returns and/or repairs is required by contacting P.R.E. Sales Inc. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary state to state.

Order are accepted under the express agreement that under no circumstances will seller be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or for any other loss, damage, or expense of any kind, including loss of profits, arising in connection with the order or with the use or inability to use seller's product furnished under the order. Seller's maximum responsibility shall not exceed and the buyer's remedy is limited to either (i) repair or replacement of the defective part or product, or at the seller's option (ii) return of the product and refund the purchase price. Such remedy shall be the buyer's entire and exclusive remedy.
